Finally, a plumber who gets the job done right, efficiently, and with a smile. We've had a shower faucet issue since we moved in January. Have had two plumbers come out, scratch their heads but say they will fix it, and then ghost us. Frustrating. Enrique actually got it fixed in only half a day. He showed up within an hour of us calling him, drove all over Napa, AC, and Fairfield looking for a replacement valve, and when the valve didn't fully solve the problem (builder issue, not Enrique's) he came up with a quick fix and got our shower working. Highly recommended.
Enrique and his team are super quick to respond to urgent and non urgent plumbing needs which showed me how much of a priority customer service is and how efficient they work. The issues I was having with my new house have been properly assessed and fixed to my satisfaction. Focus Rooter and Plumbing helped me understand the process, provided time to make an informed decision, and offered us a good deal. They also have different payment options which is a plus. Great for all plumbing needs!
Water was backing up into our sink so I searched for a plumber in the Vallejo area and Focus Rooter and Plumbing came up. The guys showed up within an hour or so of me calling and cleared the pipes fairly quickly. Both of them were very professional and the owner was nice as well. Highly recommend this company!
So our plumbing issues have continued, this has nothing to do with Focus Plumbing but rather a 80 year old houses plumbing. This time our main sewer line broke and needed to be replaced asap. They came in immediately, gave us a very reasonable rate to replace it and also informed us of a $3500 subsidy the city was providing to replace the very same pipe. We qualified and this ended up saving us nearly half the cost of the project! Enrique and his crew had the work done in a couple of days even though it involved digging down nearly 9 feet. Once again Focus Plumbing saved the day!
